I've been to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura Service twice (for a recent recall & other maintenance repairs), & both times my experience has been great. They're very organized, courteous, & the waiting area is beautiful & comfortable. It was a pleasure to get my car back, running great & looking clean & shiny. (I love that they wash the car!) I'll be back for sure, & I highly recommend them for service.

I have always appreciated the service department at Bill Vince’s Bridgewater Acura. From check in to check out they keep you informed of the status of the service. The waiting area is comfortable with Wi-Fi and various beverages. Plus the work they do is excellent. All in all a good experience.

I always have a great experience at this location. The process runs smooth and everyone is very friendly and professional. The staff is upfront about any potential additional services and doesn’t pressure you about it. Highly recommend this location!

Mike G was my service advisor and was absolutely astounding. Went above and beyond to explain everything to me and was not pushy at all. Incredibly kind, attentive, and customer centered. I’ve had AWFUL experiences at dealerships in the past which made me really hesitant and anxious to go to one again due to the tendency of them taking major financial advantage of people, especially women. However that was not even close to the case for this dealership and Mike. I felt respected and they made sure to do what was best for my and my car. The loaner they gave me while running diagnostics and repairs on my car was amazing. A new model that was clean. Usually they give me gross old beaters but it was evident this is one of the rare and few dealerships that actually give a crap about the humans driving the cars. This place is about an hour from me and there are various other Acura dealerships closer, but because of Mike and my experience, I’ll be doing all future business with him and this place

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bill Vince’s Bridgewater Acura Service Department. I brought my 2025 Acura RDX in for paint/clear-coat concerns. The vehicle is still very new, and the issue started as small cloudy/white blemishes in the paint finish that continued to grow and become more visible, especially on the hood and other areas of the vehicle. From the beginning, the communication was poor and frustrating. The service manager, John Rago, did not seem interested in properly addressing the issue. During the first visit, we were told that the vehicle would need to be reviewed by an Acura representative. Later, we were told different things about scheduling, vacations, waiting for a field representative, and next steps. The process felt disorganized and unnecessarily delayed. Eventually, the vehicle was taken to a body shop for evaluation. We were told the issue was considered “acid rain staining” and not a paint defect. Instead of repainting or properly restoring the finish, the dealership/body shop performed wet sanding and buffing as a goodwill attempt. Unfortunately, the result was worse than before. Some larger spots on the hood became less visible, but many of the original blemishes remained on other areas of the vehicle. Even worse, the paint finish now shows visible haze, swirl marks, sanding marks, scratches, and loss of the original factory gloss. The vehicle’s finish no longer looks like it should on a nearly new Acura. When we pointed this out, we were told there was nothing more they could do and that we should contact Acura directly. That was extremely disappointing, especially after multiple visits, delays, and trusting the dealership to handle the issue properly. What upset me most was not only the paint issue itself, but the way the situation was handled. As an Acura owner, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and care from an official Acura dealership. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, frustrated, and with a vehicle that appears worse after their repair attempt. I would not recommend this service department based on my experience. If you have a serious warranty or paint-related concern, make sure everything is documented in writing and be very careful before allowing any repair attempt.

The star system is not going to work. Everyone was extremely nice. I was out in a timely manner. It was a very comfortable place to wait. It was easy to make an appointment. The person taking care of me was excellent. But the one problem that I had, which was the display going black was not fixed so I can’t be happy and I can’t give you a star waiting for it.

Great experience this is my second time buying a car at Acura Bridgewater I feel like they are family to me specially Michael Hanna he put the numbers together very easy process after 30 minutes I was signing the documents for my new car love you guys.

Great Experience. We had an appointment to see a particular pre-owned vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle was out front and the sales rep, Kaz was standing beside it, ready to greet us. The vehicle was immaculate. We decided to purchase it and we were heading home, in our new (to us) ride within an hour. Everyone was helpful and professional. Highly recommend this dealership!

Omg I had a really great experience at Bridgewater Acura when I brought my 2018 Acura TLX A-Spec in for an oil change. I actually showed up about 40 minutes late, but the staff didn’t make it a big deal at all and still took care of me. Kelly helped me out, and she was super friendly and easy to talk to. She made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, which I appreciated. Somehow, they still got everything done in under an hour, which was impressive:))) They even gave my car a free wash and vacuum, which was a nice surprise. On top of that, they let me know about a few recalls I didn’t know about and fixed a tire that had a nail in it. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Honestly, it felt like a 100/10 experience, and I’ll definitely be back next time I need service.

We bought a 2023 MDX from Bridgewater Acura and the entire staff was very helpful and professional with us.

Extensive inventory and a fair deal. Yury Semenikhin, the salesman I worked with, was pleasant and professional.

People are curteous , looks prices are little high . Every time when I visit for service some messup will happen . One time they didn’t top up fluids, one time they removed the number plates and didn’t fix it , I came back again fixed it . This time they kept someone registration paper in my car , I checked it later , didn’t come back to return it . Looks like a little careless crew.

I haven't had to have major service in a while but went over 300000 in my mdx and had the timing belt service done and back brakes and rocker arms, wheel alignment done and now the car drives like new again. This dealer always gives me excellent service and what a surprise to see llyana back again. She is excellent to work with. Always on top of what the customer needs. Thank you Bridgewater Acura for another great experience .

It's a pleasure doing business with Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura Service Department. From beginning to end, everyone is so friendly. I never have to wait long to be taken care of. They are so professional & down to earth. I also like the snacks. Lol If you're dropping your car off. They always have a loaner available for you without you even asking. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly, this is the place to come. They are very considerate also. Tom was the gentleman who helped me. He broke everything down to me. The receptionist in the service department was a sweetheart. I'm not good with names but I believe his name was Carlos. He's the gentleman who gets your car and brings it to you at the end after you take care of your bill. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this location. I will continue to deal with them & recommend others as well. My car is always nice & clean when I pick it up. Just the way it was when I dropped it off. They even follow up with you afterwards to make sure everything went well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Service team at Bill Vince’s Bridgewater Acura is very helpful and professional, great to work with! They helped us work through a somewhat complex issue. Had to wait a long time for Acura to come through with a part that was on backorder. The management at Bridgewater Acura Service gave us a loaner for as long as we needed, twice; very accommodating.

I bought my 2023 Acura RDX here a few years ago and always have a really great experience with the service department. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter replacement, and everything was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they kept me updated while my car was being worked on. It was ready when they said it would be, and the whole process was very smooth. Always appreciate good, honest service.

Waiting for an oil change, but they also took the time to give me a closer look at my tire wear so I can stay on top of things which I appreciate it. Definitely a nice knowledgeable crew.
