Recently, I came into Bridgewater Acura the dealership that I’ve been purchasing cars from for the last 4 to 5 years. I had my eyes on a 2023 Audi S3 and I came in looking to check it out. The service, as always, was efficient, courteous and informative. The intake/drop off process was quick, with the drive up indoor approach which I like. The service manager quickly reviewed my service order and gave me a reasonable and accurate time for me to wait for the service to be performed.
Mid-way thru the service timeline, the service manager checked back in with me to update me on the progress and that there were no new issues found.

Great but expensive
Brought my car in for a false warning light, which Acura quickly resolved at no charge. They also repaired my tire-pressure sensor for about $250 and identified some additional maintenance needs.
Everyone I interacted with was informative and eager to help. Only real downside was the cost. The sensor repair and quotes for additional work were noticeably higher than what you’d expect from a local shop. They do try to save you some money by bundling repairs, but dealership pricing is dealership pricing.

Kelly at service center was very warm and explained me about needed services and price structure. She helped me with the pending factory recalls and provided me the nice loaner car. She got the car serviced done before the agreed time and informed me. While receiving the service report again she explained me what was done and what next services I should focus on. I would recommend every other customer to explore their services for better experience. Thanks
Mike was very understanding on what I need done to my car although he couldn’t get it done that day he provided me with a loaner car and it was done the next day. I definitely would recommend someone getting service done at this dealership!

After procrastinating for two years to buy a new auto I finally made a purchase and picked Bridgewater Acura and it turned out to be a great choice. The minute I walked through the door I found the sales staff very knowledgeable and not pushy, my kinda place, then after my purchase I ordered side trim and delt with the service department to install it, wow, great service as well, I’m a happy camper.
Had an excellent experience here! Tom, the service manager, was efficient and an excellent communicator. There was no pushy upselling. I was notified immediately when my vehicle was ready and the loaner vehicle pick up and drop off was seamless. Will certainly be a repeat customer.
My salesman, Bryan, was great to work with. He was honest, patient, and genuinely took the time to help me find the right option for my needs. I really appreciated that he never pressured me and made the entire process easy. Highly recommend!

I’m really pleased with the way I was treated at Bridgewater Acura. I live in Queens NY and I was on my way to celebrate one of my friend’s birthday. Not happy with the service. This is the 2nd time I had an issue and it was not fixed. Earlier it was with the charger in the car and now the beeping sound the steering makes when car heats up outside in the sun.
