10/8/2011 My experience at Bill Vince's Acura was outstanding. I truly was treated as if I were the only customer there. I was given undivided attention from everyone I came in contact with. Chris as the sales consultant was knowledgeable, competent and well versed in my transaction. Mike and Kerry facilitated my sale with expertise and speed. After the sale, Chris spent time with me to explain details i was unfamiliar with in the car and did it with patience. This was by far the best dealership i have dealt with and will continue to deal.

9/27/2011 In my past I have had some bad experiences with Acura dealers. But I love there cars so I figured I would try again. This time was different. I had priced out my MDX with a few local dealers. Although numbers were all close the most respectful salesmen and women were at Bridgewater. On my first visit I was not ready to do a deal. I was pressed not to leave Sasha was respectful enough to let me go happy and would work on the numbers if I promised to come back the next evening. He was only doing his job so I understood. I went back and we made a deal. Sasha and his managers met me where my numbers needed to be. Sasha was a man of his word and at no time did I feel like I was being pushed or fooled with. I have bought and leased many cars and its sad to say but most car salesmen are very hard to talk to. Sasha actually listened to what I wanted from the lease deal. If your in the market for an Acura go to to Bridgewater Acura and ask for Sasha, you won't be let down.

9/19/2011 The process was extremely easy! I purchased a new MDX and from start to finish the staff was very helpful and friendly. They walked me through the paperwork completely and asked if there were any questions along the way. They understand people have choices when making a car decision, and strive to provide a professional environment and great customer service. Before driving away they reviewed all the features and questions I had about the vehicle, and offered to explain again in the future if I just stop in again. I would definitely refer this dealership and recommend them to friends and/or family.

8/11/2011 We just purchased a 2008 RDX. Sasha was extremely helpful and patient from start to finish. From the beginning, we had a tough deal to work out. Sasha spent countless hours bringing our deal to a close, and when the first car wouldn't pan out, he had a similar vehicle detailed, inspected by Acura's service department, and ready to go with the papers ready to be signed by the time we got there. Sasha has definitely earned himself and the whole Bridgewater Acura team a repeat customer. I would recommend him as a salesmen to anyone looking for excellent service. Thanks Sasha!

8/9/2011 Bought a '11 MDX. Great buying experience. Very patient and willing to spend as much time you you as needed. Honestly answered all of our questions and was considerate of our time. Two hours from start to finish and we drove the car/truck home.
We changed our plans at the last moment so I did not do my homework on the price and we paid a little more than we should have. Overall, still happy with the transaction and would recommend both Sasha and Bill Vince Acura.

8/8/2011 I wanted to add that Sasha and Tina help me make my decision quicker, I had a short list of cars that I was interested in. Sasha presented all the details up front, I explained what I wanted, and he came through, Tina was very helpful in answering my questions even before i went to test drive the vehicle. This is the way cars should be sold, with guidance, and patience. I did no even test drive the other cars that I had I my list. 8/4/2011 My husband saw a 2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10 pick-up on the Internet being delivered to Bridgewater Acura. I called and spoke to Tina who was most helpful and courteous. Since we were very interested in the vehicle, she kept us updated on it's arrival. Once it arrived, Tina immediately called us and my husband went up to see it--he purchased it then and there from Sasha. The truck was immaculately detailed inside, outside and under the hood which was a definite plus as my husband is a perfectionist regarding his vehicles. Our experiences with Bridgewater Acura--especially Tina and Sasha was most favorable and we will definitely recommend them in the future.
