Everyone is very nice, even gave us a ride across the highway and picked us up when done. But I was stocked to see your labor rate of $250.00 per hour, that's higher than any other dealer. So because of that I probably would never use this dealer again. You did a service and new programmed a new remote, I understood it was 1 hour, but your rate is very high.
I appreciate the honesty that my brakes did not need replacement even though the indicators said the brakes could need new pads.
I had a very great experience with the staff Alex was persistent in a good way, he made me change dealership. Got me a good deal, an offer that I couldn’t refuse. He was determined in a good way and he did not disappoint. Alex went above and beyond. His co-worker followed up when he was out and the finance officer was very informative and empowering. I scheduled my A14 service for my car and to my surprise I was thrown for a loop over the price for the total service. Kristine had a heart of compassion and immediately looked for a coupon to help me offset my cost. She offered me a loaner car so that I could maintain my work schedule. I was kept informed of the status of the car and was pleased that the work was completed within a reasonable timeframe. The cost was still very expensive but thanks to the generous offer to research coupons to help.
I've been to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura Service twice (for a recent recall & other maintenance repairs), & both times my experience has been great. They're very organized, courteous, & the waiting area is beautiful & comfortable. It was a pleasure to get my car back, running great & looking clean & shiny. (I love that they wash the car!) I'll be back for sure, & I highly recommend them for service.
I have always appreciated the service department at Bill Vince’s Bridgewater Acura. From check in to check out they keep you informed of the status of the service. The waiting area is comfortable with Wi-Fi and various beverages. Plus the work they do is excellent. All in all a good experience.

Mike G was my service advisor and was absolutely astounding. Went above and beyond to explain everything to me and was not pushy at all. Incredibly kind, attentive, and customer centered. I’ve had AWFUL experiences at dealerships in the past which made me really hesitant and anxious to go to one again due to the tendency of them taking major financial advantage of people, especially women. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bill Vince’s Bridgewater Acura Service Department.
I brought my 2025 Acura RDX in for paint/clear-coat concerns. The vehicle is still very new, and the issue started as small cloudy/white blemishes in the paint finish that continued to grow and become more visible, especially on the hood and other areas of the vehicle.

The star system is not going to work. Everyone was extremely nice. I was out in a timely manner. It was a very comfortable place to wait. It was easy to make an appointment. The person taking care of me was excellent. But the one problem that I had, which was the display going black was not fixed so I can’t be happy and I can’t give you a star waiting for it.
Great experience this is my second time buying a car at Acura Bridgewater I feel like they are family to me specially Michael Hanna he put the numbers together very easy process after 30 minutes I was signing the documents for my new car love you guys.

Great Experience. We had an appointment to see a particular pre-owned vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle was out front and the sales rep, Kaz was standing beside it, ready to greet us. The vehicle was immaculate. We decided to purchase it and we were heading home, in our new (to us) ride within an hour. Everyone was helpful and professional. Highly recommend this dealership!

Omg I had a really great experience at Bridgewater Acura when I brought my 2018 Acura TLX A-Spec in for an oil change. I actually showed up about 40 minutes late, but the staff didn’t make it a big deal at all and still took care of me.

We bought a 2023 MDX from Bridgewater Acura and the entire staff was very helpful and professional with us.
Extensive inventory and a fair deal. Yury Semenikhin, the salesman I worked with, was pleasant and professional.
People are curteous , looks prices are little high . Every time when I visit for service some messup will happen . One time they didn’t top up fluids, one time they removed the number plates and didn’t fix it , I came back again fixed it . This time they kept someone registration paper in my car , I checked it later , didn’t come back to return it . Looks like a little careless crew.
I haven't had to have major service in a while but went over 300000 in my mdx and had the timing belt service done and back brakes and rocker arms, wheel alignment done and now the car drives like new again. This dealer always gives me excellent service and what a surprise to see llyana back again. She is excellent to work with. Always on top of what the customer needs. Thank you Bridgewater Acura for another great experience .

Mike was probably the most honest & friendliest service agent I’ve ever met. He was professional, he listened and seemed to truly want to serve. He answered all of my questions and if he didn’t know the answer, he went back to get an answer. My vehicle was taken care of properly and he didn’t push repairs that weren’t a safety concern.

The Service team at Bill Vince’s Bridgewater Acura is very helpful and professional, great to work with! They helped us work through a somewhat complex issue. Had to wait a long time for Acura to come through with a part that was on backorder. The management at Bridgewater Acura Service gave us a loaner for as long as we needed, twice; very accommodating.
