 The Dealership of Distinction status is the most prestigious and coveted honor that Acura can grant to its dealerships. The status recognizes those dealership teams that demonstrate superior achievement in customer satisfaction, sales and service training, customer follow-up, and business management. Acura dealerships are given the year to achieve the rigorous set of objectives and prove they are worthy of Acura's most prestigious award. All criteria are established to enhance the client experience; most measures are based on actual client feedback and survey scores. To achieve success in the program, a total commitment to excellence by the entire dealership team is required.

The 2008 President's Award is an elite award presented by American Honda to the best of the best among the nation's Honda/Acura dealerships. It recognizes stores for providing exceptional customer service, earning top ranking customer satisfaction results, exceeding sales performance goals, and for maintaining the best training and facility operations. There are over 1000 Honda/Acura dealerships in the country, and Bridgewater Acura is one of those prestigious dealers who were presented with the President's Award in 2008. It is a significant achievement for the dealership and demonstrates the high level of service and customer care given by the sales and service staff.

This award was presented to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura on the 15 year anniversary of being an accredited Acura Dealer.  Only certain dealerships who exude outstanding customer service, surpass sales performance goals, and maintain flawless training and facility operations are given the right to brand themselves as an Acura dealer.  Acura has taken the time to recognize Bridgewater Acura, and allowed them the privilege to represent the brand that Acura has portrayed for itself.

In 2009, American Honda presented Bridgewater Acura with the "Council of Excellence" award to give recognition to our outstanding F&I department.  This prestigious award has been bestowed on the best of the best Honda/Acura dealerships and Finance Departments who have outperformed their peers and delivered exemplary financial services.
